Welcome to CEIM Digital. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the hosting and domain services provided by CEIM Digital to you ("client", "user", or "you"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with our services.

1. Hosting Services

CEIM Digital provides tailored hosting solutions, including shared hosting, VPS, and managed services. The specifics of each plan are provided at the time of purchase.

1.1 What’s Included

Hosting plans may include:

  • Web server space and bandwidth allocation

  • Control panel access (e.g., cPanel, DirectAdmin)

  • SSL certificates (where applicable)

  • Custom business emails
     

Monitoring, maintenance, and technical support

1.2 Hosting Pricing

Hosting plan prices may vary depending on:

​

  • Type of hosting (shared, VPS, cloud, etc.)

  • Technical specifications and server resources

  • Additional services or software (e.g., backups, security tools, premium plugins)

  • Client-specific requirements or custom setups
     

All pricing is communicated transparently before purchase. No hidden charges apply.

2. Free Domain Offer

We offer a free domain with selected annual or multi-year hosting plans.

2.1 Conditions

  • Offer applies only to standard domain extensions (e.g., .com, .net, .org)

  • Premium or specialty domain extensions (e.g., .io, .tech, .ai) are excluded

  • The domain is free for the first year only

  • Renewals are charged at standard registrar rates from year two onward

2.2 Ownership

  • The domain is registered in your name and is your property

  • You will receive full access to manage or transfer your domain

  • CEIM Digital will provide renewal reminders before the expiry date

3. Pricing Transparency

We pride ourselves on fair and upfront pricing. However, please note:

  • Platform costs (e.g., using managed cloud servers) may affect pricing

  • Custom configurations or third-party integrations may incur additional costs

  • You will always receive a detailed quote prior to any billing or commitment
     

We encourage clients to discuss their specific needs to receive accurate pricing tailored to their project.

4. Billing & Payments

4.1 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required to activate hosting and domain services

  • Invoices are issued prior to service delivery

  • Recurring services auto-renew unless cancelled in advance

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • SEPA Bank Transfer (within Ireland and EU)

  • PayPal (if applicable)

All payments are issued in EUR (€) unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Hosting services may be cancelled at any time with written notice

  • Domains are non-refundable once registered (as they are tied to your name)

5.2 Refunds

  • A 14-day refund window applies to hosting services only

  • Refunds exclude domain registration fees, even if initially offered as “free”

  • After 14 days, no refunds will be issued unless due to proven service failure

6. Client Responsibilities

By using CEIM Digital’s services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and billing information

  • Not use hosting for illegal, harmful, or prohibited content

  • Regularly back up your own content unless you’ve opted for managed backup services

  • Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (available upon request)

7. Uptime, Support & Maintenance

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime across all plans. However, brief interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance or upgrades

  • External network issues

  • Force majeure or cyberattacks beyond our control

7.1 Support Availability

  • Email Support: support@ceimdigital.com

  • Live Chat / WhatsApp: Business hours only

  • Emergency Support: Only available for managed plans

8. Modifications to These Terms

CEIM Digital reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be communicated via email or published on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

CEIM Digital shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of business, data, or profits

  • Interruptions caused by third-party service providers or user error

  • Security breaches due to client negligence

 

Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to CEIM Digital in the past 12 months.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
